Scope of Application
The following Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is intended exclusively for consumers. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly not be attributed to their commercial or self-employed professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or self-employed professional activity. For contracts for the delivery of vouchers, these Terms and Conditions apply accordingly unless otherwise stipulated.
Conclusion of Contract
The product descriptions contained in the seller's online shop do not constitute binding offers on the part of the seller, but serve for the customer to make a binding offer. The customer can submit the offer via the online order form integrated into the seller's online shop.
Acceptance of Offer
The seller can accept the customer's offer within five days:
- by sending the customer a written order confirmation or an order confirmation in text form (fax or e-mail)
- by delivering the ordered goods to the customer
- by requesting payment from the customer after placing their order
PayPal Payments
When selecting a payment method offered by PayPal, payment is processed via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg.
Contract Storage
When submitting an offer via the seller's online order form, the contract text is stored by the seller after the conclusion of the contract and sent to the customer in text form after their order has been sent.
Only German is available for the conclusion of the contract. Order processing and contact usually take place via e-mail and automated order processing.
Right of Withdrawal
Consumers are generally entitled to a right of withdrawal. For more information about the right of withdrawal, please refer to the seller's cancellation policy.
Prices and Payment Terms
Unless otherwise stated in the seller's product description, the prices stated are total prices including statutory VAT. Any additional delivery and shipping costs are stated separately in the respective product description.
International Deliveries
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may be incurred in individual cases for which the seller is not responsible and which are to be borne by the customer.
Payment Methods
The payment options are communicated to the customer in the seller's online shop.
- Bank Transfer: If advance payment by bank transfer has been agreed, payment is due immediately after conclusion of the contract.
- PayPal: Payment is processed via PayPal, which may also use the services of third-party payment service providers.
- Shopify Payments: Payment is processed via the payment service provider Stripe Payments Europe Ltd.
- Klarna: Payment is processed via Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping for orders over €100.
Returns
Ordered goods can only be returned unopened and with the seal intact within 14 days of purchase. The full purchase price of the items will be refunded. Return shipping costs are borne by you.

Delivery and Shipping Conditions
If the seller offers shipping of the goods, delivery is made within the delivery area specified by the seller to the delivery address specified by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
Failed Deliveries
If delivery of the goods fails for reasons for which the customer is responsible, the customer shall bear the reasonable costs incurred by the seller.
Transfer of Risk
If the customer acts as an entrepreneur, the risk of accidental loss transfers to the customer as soon as the seller has delivered the goods to the carrier. If the customer acts as a consumer, the risk only transfers when the goods are handed over to the customer.
Availability
The seller reserves the right to withdraw from the contract in the event of incorrect or improper self-delivery. The seller will make all reasonable efforts to procure the goods.

Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
Liability for Defects (Warranty)
The seller is liable to the customer for all contractual, quasi-contractual and statutory claims, including claims for damages and reimbursement of expenses.
Unlimited Liability
The seller is liable without limitation for any legal reason:
- in case of intent or gross negligence
- in case of intentional or negligent injury to life, body or health
- due to a warranty promise, unless otherwise agreed
- due to mandatory liability, such as under the Product Liability Act
Essential Contractual Obligations
If the seller negligently breaches an essential contractual obligation, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical of the contract.
Otherwise, liability of the seller is excluded. The above liability provisions also apply with regard to the seller's liability for its vicarious agents and legal representatives.
Applicable Law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies to all legal relationships between the parties, excluding the laws on the international sale of movable goods. For consumers, this choice of law only applies insofar as the protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law of the state in which the consumer has their habitual residence is not withdrawn.
Redemption of Gift and Promotional Vouchers
Vouchers that can be purchased via the seller's online shop (hereinafter "gift vouchers") can only be redeemed in the seller's online shop, unless otherwise stated on the voucher.
Validity
Gift vouchers and remaining balances of gift vouchers can be redeemed until the end of the third year following the year in which the voucher was purchased.
Terms of Use
- Gift vouchers can only be redeemed before completing the order process. Subsequent offsetting is not possible.
- Only one gift voucher can be redeemed per order.
- Gift vouchers can only be used to purchase goods and not to purchase other gift vouchers.
- If the value of the gift voucher is not sufficient to cover the order, one of the other payment methods offered by the seller can be selected.
- The balance of a gift voucher is neither paid out in cash nor does it bear interest.
- The gift voucher is transferable.
Liability for Damages
We are always liable without limitation for claims arising from damages caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents in the event of injury to life, body or health, and in the event of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty.
In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations due to slight negligence, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage at the time of conclusion of the contract. Otherwise, claims for damages are excluded.
Alternative Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
