Refund policy

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Introduction

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.


 

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is thirty days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item of goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (BARAU by Bibi GmbH, Landshuter Str. 55, D-84030 Ergolding, Email: info@barau.bio) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement. You can do this in the following ways:

1.⁠ ⁠Via our online shop: Log in to your customer account, find the relevant order and click “Request return”. This is the quickest way and is documented immediately.
2.⁠ ⁠By letter sent by post to the address given above.
3.⁠ ⁠By email to info@barau.bio.

You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.


 

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us). The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than thirty days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal.

 

For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees because of this refund. We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods.

 

  • Returning the goods: You must send the goods back to us without undue delay and in any event no later than thirty days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal.

  • Return costs: You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires early for contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene (e.g. opened cosmetic products), if their seal has been removed after delivery. Tickets for workshops held on a fixed date are also excluded.
