Right of Withdrawal
Introduction
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this purchase under the following conditions. A consumer is defined as any natural person who concludes a transaction for purposes that are not primarily related to their commercial or independent professional activity.
Your Right to Withdraw
You have the right to cancel this purchase within thirty (30) days without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period is thirty (30) days from the day you or a third party you designate (who is not the carrier) takes possession of the last item of goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (Barau by Bibi GmbH, Landshuter Str. 55, D-84030 Ergolding, Germany, Email: info@barau.bio) with a clear statement of your intention to withdraw from this contract. You may use the sample withdrawal form provided below, though it is not required.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our offered standard delivery method), without undue delay and no later than thirty (30) days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise. We will not charge you any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
You must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than thirty (30) days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the thirty (30) day period expires.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods if this reduction results from handling of the goods beyond what is necessary to test their condition, properties, and functionality.
Exclusions and Early Termination of Withdrawal Right
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose manufacture an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs.
The right of withdrawal expires early for contracts involving the delivery of sealed goods that, for health or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return if their seal is removed after delivery.
Unless otherwise agreed, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for services related to leisure activities when the contract specifies a particular date or time period. Therefore, the right of withdrawal is also excluded for contracts involving the sale of tickets for scheduled leisure events, such as workshops.
General Guidelines
1) Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. Return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging components intact. Use protective outer packaging if necessary. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection from shipping damage with suitable alternative packaging.
2) Please do not return the goods postage unpaid (COD).
3) Please note that items 1-2 above are not required conditions for the valid exercise of your right of withdrawal.
