Organic vitamin C serum for the day: BARAU Antiox Serum combines pure vitamin C with astaxanthin, hyaluronic acid and aloe vera. It gives your skin antioxidant care, keeps it hydrated and leaves it with a fresh, natural glow.

  • Pure vitamin C: Ascorbic acid instead of a derivative – the form of vitamin C your skin can use directly.

  • Antioxidant complex: Astaxanthin from the microalga Haematococcus, vitamin E and neroli oil help your skin against oxidative stress caused by environmental factors.

  • Hydration without greasiness: Hyaluronic acid, organic aloe vera and organic glycerine bind moisture. The light texture absorbs quickly.

  • Instant glow: Fine mineral pigments reflect the light and make your complexion look fresher straight away – ideal as a base for your day cream or make-up.

How to use

As part of the Floral Sunrise Routine, apply 2–4 drops in the morning to cleansed and toned skin and massage in gently. Then apply your day cream.

How long it lasts: With 3 drops every morning, a 30 ml bottle lasts about 4 to 6 months, or about 3 to 4 months if you include your neck and décolleté.

A note on colour: Pure vitamin C oxidises over time. As a result, the serum may turn slightly yellowish to orange – this is normal and does not affect how well your skin tolerates it. Store it cool and away from light.

How it works

The Antiox Serum belongs in your morning routine: dispense 2 to 4 drops into the palm of your hand and gently massage into cleansed, toned skin. For the neck and décolleté, another 2 to 3 drops are sufficient.

Once the serum has been absorbed, apply your day cream. The fresh scent of neroli oil from the bitter orange blossom makes for an alert, Mediterranean start to the day.

    Because it hydrates your skin every morning, provides antioxidant care, and gives it a fresh, natural glow. The Antiox Serum is a light daily moisturizer for all skin types and the ideal base under cream and make-up.

    At its heart is pure Vitamin C: ascorbic acid instead of a derivative – the form the skin can use immediately. Astaxanthin from the microalgae Haematococcus pluvialis and Vitamin E complement the antioxidant complex and support the skin against oxidative stress caused by environmental influences.

    Organic aloe vera, hyaluronic acid, and organic glycerin bind moisture without feeling greasy. Prebiotic inulin supports the skin’s natural balance, and bakuchiol, the plant-based alternative to retinol, rounds out the formula. Oat, peony, and jujube extract complete the care.

    Fine mineral pigments reflect light and make the complexion look instantly fresher. And the essential neroli oil from bitter orange blossoms gives the serum its delicate, invigorating scent – for an awake start to the day.

    To ensure you can enjoy our natural formulas for a long time, we recommend careful handling:

    * Wash your hands before use.
    * Do not touch the pipette with your fingers or skin.
    * Put the pipette back immediately after each use and close the bottle tightly.
    * Protect from sunlight and heat and store in a cool, dry place.

    This is especially important for the Antiox Serum: Pure Vitamin C is sensitive to air, light, and heat. The light-protected glass helps with this – and the shorter the bottle is open, the better. Once opened, the Antiox Serum has a shelf life of 6 months (6M symbol on the packaging). Using 3 drops every morning, a bottle will be used up in 4 to 6 months, or 3 to 4 months if applied to the neck and décolleté – in any case, well within the shelf life. This ensures that the full potency of your skincare product is maintained from the first to the last application.

    El suero antiox de Barau deja mi piel muy hidratada y nutrida, y junto con el resto de productos de la rutina facial el combo es increíble.
    Mi piel reacciona con facilidad y no siempre he visto buenos resultados con otros productos…ya que hacían sentir mi piel o demasiado grasa o todo lo contrario, pero con el antiox de Barau, siento una piel más equilibrada y jugosa.
    Además, el olor y la textura son exquisitos.
