SHIPPING AND PAYMENT TERMS

1. Shipping within Germany

  • Delivery time: 2 to 4 working days (Monday – Friday).

  • Shipping providers: DHL Green and/or Deutsche Post Warenpost.

  • Shipping costs:  €6.99 for orders under €49.00.

    • Free shipping on orders of €49.00 or more.

2. Shipping within the EU

We currently deliver to Austria, Belgium, Italy and Spain.

  • Delivery time: 2 to 8 working days (Monday – Friday).

  • Shipping providers: DHL Green and/or Deutsche Post Warenpost.

  • Shipping costs:  €12.99 for orders under €100.00.

    • Free shipping on orders of €100.00 or more.

3. Shipping outside the EU (Switzerland)

  • Delivery time: 3 to 5 working days (Monday – Friday).

  • Shipping costs:  €15.99 for orders under €100.00.

    • Free shipping on orders of €100.00 or more.

  • Customs duties and fees: Deliveries to non-EU countries may incur additional customs duties, taxes and fees, which are borne by the buyer. These are not charged through us.

4. Processing time and tracking

Orders are processed Monday to Friday. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking information.

RETURNS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not, you can withdraw from your order within thirty (30) days. The following conditions apply:

  • Right of withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty (30) days without giving any reason. You can find the details here: Right of withdrawal.

  • Returns: You can find information on how returns work in our General Terms and Conditions (GTC).

Note: The prices stated above include VAT and apply to consumers. Different conditions apply to B2B customers in accordance with individual agreements.
