Description
Avocado oil is one of the most nutrient-rich plant oils used in natural cosmetics. It is extracted from the creamy pulp of the avocado, a fruit that stores water and vital nutrients to thrive even in sun and dry conditions.
The oil has a velvety texture, absorbs well, and leaves the skin feeling smooth and nourished. Its scent is mild, slightly nutty, and reminiscent of fresh fruit with a hint of green, plant-like energy.
In skincare, avocado oil is a true all-rounder: rich in unsaturated fatty acids, phytosterols, lecithin, as well as vitamins A, D and E, it strengthens the skin barrier, provides moisture and supports regeneration.
At Barau, we exclusively use cold-pressed organic avocado oil to preserve its valuable active ingredients in their natural, unadulterated form.

β¨ Its natural palmitoleic acid content is similar to the skin's own lipids, making it particularly suitable even for sensitive skin.
β¨ Due to its creamy, rich texture, it is ideal for mature, dry or stressed skin β both on the face and body, as well as for rich hair care.
